About me
Passion and energy are contagious — and when schools cultivate environments that nurture the whole learner, the impact radiates throughout the entire community.
I believe deeply that every student, given the right opportunities, resources, and support, has the capacity to thrive and reach their full potential. That belief has shaped more than 25 years of work as an educator, educational leader, and lifelong advocate for equitable and inclusive learning. It also inspired me to pursue my Doctor of Education degree later in my career — a decision that reinforced what I had always known: that learning and growth have no finish line.
Today, I am honored to serve as an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Program at Mercy University for 3 years, and as a consultant with Collins Education Associates, where I partner with educators and school systems to create the kind of meaningful, lasting change that students deserve. Talk to me about how I can serve you in building schools that visibly show the impact of passion and growth for ALL.
