Mollie Cahill is an Innovation Specialist for Model Schools at Ulster BOCES and a VITAL Educator, committed to making learning engaging, accessible, and tech-driven. She empowers teachers to integrate digital tools, design asynchronous learning experiences, and personalize instruction using a range of creative and organizational platforms, from Google Workspace to Canva. Through coaching, professional learning sessions, and co-teaching, Mollie supports educators in using technology in ways that meaningfully enhance teaching and learning.

Mollie was selected as a Regional Trainer for CoSN’s Building Capacity for Generative AI in K-12 Education initiative, where she supports districts in developing thoughtful, responsible approaches to AI adoption. Her CoSN credential is currently in progress. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, she helps educators turn ideas into practical, high-impact learning experiences.
