Minoo Bhatia is the founder of Kamcrest Education, a professional learning organization based in Westchester, New York. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in education and technology, including K–12 classroom teaching, directing an adult vocational IT school, and designing professional development for educators, Minoo brings a rare combination of practitioner wisdom and instructional expertise to each learning experience she designs.Minoo holds a Bachelors and Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a New Jersey certified teacher of mathematics (grades 6-12). Minoo has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and her Mindfulness facilitator training from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Her work centers on a simple but powerful belief: that the most effective use of any tool, including AI, begins with the educator who holds it. Through Kamcrest Education, she facilitates workshops, retreats, and professional learning experiences that help educators sharpen their inner clarity to guide and shape change in today’s fast-changing educational landscape.“We don’t teach tools.
