My work is grounded in instructional leadership, the Data Wise Improvement Process, MTSS, and the responsible integration of AI to strengthen teaching and learning. I am passionate about building teacher capacity, using data to drive continuous improvement, and designing systems that foster belonging, academic excellence, and lasting impact.
