Virginia Bond is in her 38th year in education and began her teaching career as a music educator, then transitioned to technology teacher at the beginning of the 21st century. While teaching in a district bordering the Canadian border, she served the school on the IST/RTi team, was data coordinator and provided teacher and student technology training. At NERIC since May of 2015, Virginia is a Training Specialist II, and works with educators in public and private school districts on the northeastern edge of NYS. Virginia is a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer, Microsoft Innovative Educator, tech integrator and supports multiple software products.Virginia has offered trainings and workshops at various Google Summits and Camps throughout NYS,  four i-Ready Regional User Summits and at NYSCATE since 2016.
