Whitney McKinley is the Chief Program Officer at World Savvy, where she leads national program strategy, learning design, partnerships, and evaluation in support of transformative teaching and learning. She works with school systems across the country to design and scale deeper learning experiences that cultivate student agency, global competence, and real-world problem solving.Before joining World Savvy, Whitney spent 14 years as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal, where she developed transdisciplinary learning experiences centered on identity, belonging, inquiry, and student choice. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful learning happens when students engage with authentic challenges and educators are empowered to continuously learn, reflect, and innovate alongside them.
